Returns & Refunds Policy
At MIE Store, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns process is simple and transparent.
Returns
You may return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (where applicable).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
Replacements
We offer replacements within 15 days of delivery for eligible products.
Please contact us if you’d like to arrange a replacement instead of a refund.
